Jason, you have a DS-1815+? I have a 1813+? Do you LACP or the adaptive load balancing?

This USB NIC issue is driving me nuts

I built an updated driver with the DDK and one from the chipset manufacturers site. Same issue. Can ping, trace, resolve to anything. Can browse to google.com, can search on google. Can't get to ANYTHING else via browser (have tried IE and chrome). Happens on two different NUC's with 2 different USB NICs

I can get to anything 'google' it would appear. Gmail works.

I'm using 8.8.8.8 as a secondary DNS, which is google's, so maybe there is something to that

Just changed to different primary/secondary DNS. No difference. Rebooting VM

@User: I have 2 of them now but only one is out of the box/configured so far using a single NIC. Did not do LACP yet but it's on the list of things to do.

what switch do you plan on using for LACP?

@User what is your primary DNS server?

    internal or ISP?

I point to an internal DNS and 8.8.8.8 as a secondary. I just changed that on the vm to point to different primary/secondary external dns

USB nic is for guest OS traffic and the built in NIC is for management/cluster traffic?
