Okay, so the kids have some old Amazon Fire 7" tablets and also newer iPads. The Fire have a Plex client so that will be the first approach, but would like to find a good/nice/ocd way to charge them at the headrest of each seat. As you now most car system have options to add multimedia, tv, dvd etc but its $$$$$. So as Kees says, after market system

The Amazon Fire works really well, so the complete package with 2x Tablet should be around $500

The WD also acts as an hotspot, so you can have a private Plex network without internet access so the kids doesn't eat up roaming credits surfing Youtube

Now @Jarian Gibson with all your wifi stuff you probably have access, so you can FTP from your office to the car to upload new movices
