Xeon-D comes with 10G and it's mini-ITX. Haven't checked the power usage but I guess it's also less power hungry

Have you guys saw slow login issues with environments where users are in one domain forest and the VMs in the other and the trust relationship is one-way?

You guys have any opinions on eG Innovations vs. ControlUp for monitoring Citrix and other aspects of the datacenter?

Cost, ease of deployment, ability to find the problems, etc...

<@UKJA0MZN1>, I had a test drive of eG Innovations a couple of years ago and they seemed awesome. ControlUP is not really a monitoring tool but a swiss army knife. I'd consider it mainly an administrator tool that has a monitoring feature too.

Right now I'm involved in a project to test Vistara (<https://www.vistara.com>) as I'm the responsible to set it up for Citrix monitoring for all our customers and I'll give you some info after I see it in action

Up until now, Vistara amazed me. It's pure MaaS (Monitoring-as-a-Service) done from their Cloud via Gateways you install on-premises.

Let's see the View and Citrix part from it :wink:

ControlUp has with Insight a nice Monitoring solution.
You can choose between on-prem (with Splunk) or Cloud-based...
Another good one is uberAgent by Helge Klein.

Thanks, I tried the Citrix Support route and it was useless. Every time I turn on the vGPU both CPUs peg to 100% and it eventually blue screens.

Both.... same results both ways. Blue screen eventually on the VM, it would sit pegged for like 5 minutes then reboot. 7.0 with all patches applied.

were you able to see the screen for the hypervisor if you plug in a monitor?

or able to see the console for the VM on XenCenter?

Cant you just return it or was it a non-returnable special deal?
