@Tim I made an Evernote document called "Bonnie's Book Order - 2017-01-07” that has the details of our cost estimate and other details of her order. I also have the order of the four books (Mommy Daddy book casewrap; Healthy ABCs; I’m Up,Up,Up! ; and There Was a Bird) ready to be ordered through our Ingram Spark account.

@Tim Dad had mentioned in a phone conversation that he wanted to order two sets of all our books except for the coloring book. I wrote to him by email to confirm the number of sets and he increased them to five sets. He mentioned all the places he was donating it to including a raffle on February 17 (?). I sent him an email asking if he prefers the paperback or hardcover Grandparents and Mommy Daddy book. I CCd you for all these emails. He said he would send us a check. I wanted to confirm the types of books and price first before placing the order. We’re waiting for his response now. 🙂

@Tim I enabled distribution (but chose “no” for the other option to advertise that costs money) for There Was an Egg since our copy is on its way and we need to give dad a quote for his large order for Saipan. It won’t give us a shipping amount for him unless we allow this book for distribution. 🙂

@Tim I sent Dad in Saipan price quotes of sets of books to mail him if we sent two or three sets of recommended books that does not include the coloring book; I’m Up,Up,Up!; and The Blessings of Visiting Grandma and Grandpa.

@Franicia: you wrote to Dad, "Without getting a single penny, it costs us $55.16 to ship that to you without insurance." I think that you meant that it would cost that much to buy and ship them right -- not just ship?
