Yes, I think the main problem is rendering media in s3, because I sense the same slowness in rendering direct images without Glide. As far as I remember, your bucket was not in one of these regions, can you try what is written here?

Yes, I tried it with a new bucket, no changes.

i think this feature only works using the public links of the objects

not using the getObject method of the AWS S3 client SDK
