I had all my tickets broken down and was already done with one of them. Then I opened Traycer settings, it crashed cursor and when I opened it all my ticket data and progress was done. Data loss is pretty much unacceptable for a paid product so I'm requesting a refund for the tokens it's used. This is a bug with Cursor; any settings opened via any Extension freeze the entire IDE.

I managed to redo it pretty quickly thankfully the tech plan was not wiped. I hope you will still look into it
