Hey vatcoop, sorry for the issues you have been facing after the release. We made some changes to the agent's response format in the last release. It could be that some of the old instructions are still around in the agent's trace. The older formatting instructions will get flushed away as you use the same chat more (once the internal auto-compaction triggers) or switch to another chat in the same epic. Thus such issues should go away simply as you use it more.
