Hello, How do companies adjust TDS deductions, is it compulsory for companies to adjust TDS or deduct TDS? Should we help employees with ITR fillings?

Hi @Sai Venkata Vinay Chittuluru, you should generally deduct the TDS ( if applicable) on paying it to the govt. against the employee's details. It's not compulsory to file the ITR of your employees, because it is every individual's responsibility to file the ITR to claim their refund (if any). You can guide them by arranging the learning session for the same.
