Hey Folks! Can you suggest with Cost effective options for HRMS tool (which includes Leave Management Payroll,Onboarding, Exit Process) for a startup based organisation having team of upto 35.

We are using Keka for a team size of 300. It has most of these modules, has a decent UI and is affordable. Wouldn’t say it is the best but it works fine for small to medium teams.

We have been using Keka for around 100 employees, and it has been working well for us so far. Additionally, the support has been satisfactory.

Rooster is free for start ups I am not sure if it works in India you can enquire.

Zoho and HiBob

I guess Embee , Insys pay & Facto HR. Can share contact details of Poc’s.

HRMS tool for leave management pls suggest?

GreytHR has the majority of the modules; they are not the best, but they are value for money.

How is payroll module of KekaHR?

It is good for small teams only. It needs to automate some basic functionalities and involves manual work a lot of time.

Qandle is also good. Have worked with them in past and they are pretty flexible. Zoho is another good one.

You can try Zimyo, they're affordable.They also have a startup program offering up to 20 free accounts.

Hey @Shagun Gupta I'd suggest Razorpay XPayroll as that platform can meet all of your requirements. It has very user friendly interface, pretty affordable and even provide free plan for the emp. size that you've mentioned. I work with XPayroll team. Please DM me if you are still looking out.
