Hey Everyone, I'm looking to hire Freelance Content writers to support the marketing team on a few projects, can someone help me with how to design a Pay structure for them.

There are two ways to go by. 1. You may ask the marketing team how many hours a day the work would require and ask the incumbent to raise hourly rate invoices. 2. If you need this person to attend team meetings and collaborate with design team and agencies it could be a limited day work week for example 2 days a week or 4 hours every day. In this case if it is work from office we just split the benchmarked salary for the role on a pro rata basis and add on a fair amount for commute which remains same irrespective of hours.
