The pandemic meant more perks, is slow market rolling these back?

I'm guessing all organisations are trying to be cost conscious right now either for reducing losses (slow down of global fund catalysts) or for moving towards higher profitability or simply because they also want to follow the global trend. Lot of additional benefits & perks like free food at office, company sponsored wellness assistance for self & family and etc are getting rolled back.

We're seeing customers (we're a stipend reimbursement platform) reallocate money they were spending on underutilized benefits to more personalized perks so they can better engage teams

Thats a nice one
We should go with incremental changes

That's great @Lauren Schneider, could you enlist a few perks in both categories (underutilized and the perks replacing them)? TIA :)

For example, we've seen companies that were offering a gym membership switch to a health and wellness stipend which allows their employees to define what that means for their unique lifestyles. For someone who may not want a gym membership, they can use a health and wellness stipend to pay for a yoga class or purchase a subscription to a mediation app, etc. The flexibility allows each person to personalize the benefit to suit their needs which results in higher engagement and employees who feel like they're actually being supported by their company benefits.

You're welcome! The simple pivot has taken companies from 56% utilization to 90+%. It's pretty awesome! Here's a case study if you're interested.
