Can anyone help me to start off with salary benchmarking , what parameters apart (from years of Experience )should be considered (as of now we are NOT considering the college(pedigree) and tenure of service), come reliable sites/platforms in India to understand the market standards , and industry standards for different profile and across levels in - HR, Products, Engineering(SE, SSE, TL, )Brands, Sales, Collections, Finance, Analytics? would love to get more insights if some one has to share about setting up salary benchmarking from scratch

We haven't reached that stage here, still in the discussion mode. Also, if you are sharing your company information, check with them if they have agreement draft like NDA. I would suggest that process.

Hiresure would need payroll data and that is why we were not sure whether to ahead with them.I am using sites like ambitionbox and glassdoor for internal benchmarking-we are majorly looking at companies in similiar industry and size plus years of experience and skills

MIchael Page has come out with a 2023 report. Hiresure is definitely interesting as the data is dynamic.
