Hi Everyone, Can anyone help benchmark salaries for HR roles in Series A stage startups

HR Head (A person who can handle end to end ) - with 10 years of experience (roughly) will come withing 25-35 LPA TA specialist - around 10 - 15 LPA HR Ops - around 10 - 12 LPA HRBP - between 12 - 15 LPA

Are these salaries valid for 10yrs eperience.

@Krishnaveni - NO 10 years exp for HR TA will be anywhere between 20 - 25 LPA I think People Ops lead with 3 years should be at 10 - 12 LPA (you should also consider the colg and last drawn)
