Hey Folks, What are the tools or ways you use to do compensation benchmarking for your organisation? We are currently working on compensation benchmarking for SquadStack and wanted to know if any of you would like to share some insights with me?

We use the details collected over time while hiring for different functions. We also had some help from a benchmarking report shared by our VCs. While almost all the roles have wide ranges given the nature of salaries at startups, I can still share some insights @Sushmita Mishra.

You can look at crowdsourced data from payscale or glassdoor or paid surveys from Radford, ERI, etc. (depends on the geos that you operate in)
