Would y'all be open to sharing the specifics of what you wish to clarify about it? I am sure there are 100s of online resources (blogs/videos) that talk about its implementation. Most of us get into a reading loop and find it tough where to get started (..been there done that). I can try to share some relevant references if you can specify further what you're seeking as 'details'? On a different note, I'm also certain @Abhash and team have already thought of an exclusive OKR masterclass some day. (....just sending the message out into the universe to watch it manifest 😄)

So shivani i m doing this exercise for a client who has 10 people including sales and service staff. And they are 2 years old in the market. I need to write kpi s for the staff. I have done it in the past but like u said here this time i m getting a bit confused while researching as to what should be the actual implementation
