Hi everyone Hope you all are doing well I have a query regarding PF. If a candidate's exit date is not mentioned in the UAN what to do. And has done dual employment. Can the company terminate the candidate or it's not a problem. While withdrawing PF money will the candidate face any issues? Thanks in advance

Dual employment (as a full time employee) is not allowed. They can be terminated for the same. They can't draw PF from 2 companies.

But can they withdraw from 1 company? Or the candidate will never be able to withdraw the pf money?

PF money can be withdrawn but you can't take PF from one org at the same time.
