What changes do you forsee for the EX function at VC funded startups if the recession continues?

1. A primary anchor will be - Retention of HiPos. So more conversation on who my HiPos are and how and what do I need to do to retain them. Data around this will help. 2. I forsee possible contraction of this function, so some bit of extra operational work might also get clubbed into existing charters 3. Unfortunate case: where startup is on a cost save mode and is inducing forced exit, this piece also may fall on this function
