I would hold Manager NPS higher than employees NPS in an org ofcourse because you either make or break your org culture, employee retention, growth as an org all directly related how your Managers model the values and culture tenets. One of the efficient way is to Train and coach emerging managers. Enable them and provide them visibility of feedback from their team on a regular basis usually by a pulse check, 360 feedback etc that will help develop them as Managers. We even publish manager NPS leaderboard to keep managers motivated and learn from each other.
