Hi @Meena Kumari, thanks for doing this 🙌 What behaviors, tools, interventions or policies can companies implement to build the feedback culture? Which has been the most successful? Which has been the most challenging to implement?

Hi Nisha, I truly believe feedback is a gift and we should internalise this value into the core of the org. But that's the most difficult part. Many times people misunderstand the crux of sharing feedback and sometime become critical or transactional about it that leaves folks feeling insecure and not trusting the entire process. Start with training folks about constructive feedback, run video analogy for them to connect with the concept, role play round giving feedback. Practice the same within the org by implementing continuous feedback as a process and enable it with tools that make it look easy. We use Mesh that is integrated with Slack and helps us share feedback instantly and continuously without having to navigate between multiple tools.
