Hi @Mohit Jandwani Thank you for your question. The answer would depend how much you are willing to spend. Monday is a pretty decent tool for employee management that a couple of my clients use. For recruitment and learning being less than 20 people, would you want to spend on a tool unless you are rapidly scaling. There are multiple ways to create systems with your current google or office packages, which may not have automation attached, to it in terms of process movement. There are multiple tools for recruitment like zoho recruit, workable or an HRMS can help give just one module of recruitment. Would need a little more context on learning platform. Happy to chat.
