Hey @Kartik Mandaville similar to supplemental savings and company matching which is pretty standard and offered in Canada and US. Not too sure whether Indian company do have any similar saving plans🤔

ah thats interesting. Maybe things like NPS, PF? Most companies do the standard amount of PF but I haven’t heard of companies matching it
