For people working in the night shift, do you offer any allowance in the following situations? 1. In-office 2. Remote working I'd like to get some understanding on travel, food, night shift allowance, etc. Thank you!

We provide Transport for those working in US shift. And for those who shift ends beyond 10 pm gets a drop facility alone. right now no night shift allowance(but we will implement this soon). and the allowance is something the company acan decide anywehre between 6-8k per motnhs is a decent number to start with. we provide food at office. All these facilities are in office roles no remote working.
