Hi, Does anyone know a training vendor/Freelance Facilitator who can run a People Manager Program?

I am looking to run like a 1-2 day workshop for managers on people skills. So scouting for a training company that can do this.

most of them are first time managers - some coaching on managing team performance, conflict management etc is the objective.

Vidhya my recommendation would be peakperformer here as kartik mentioned since you have mentioned first time managers it takes time to develop this skills, however if you want only workshops I have a few contacts happy to share over DM and connect you via email to the vendors

Peakperformer is super expensive. I know of an ex colleague who ran the whole show for us...he would be the best person to take this expert session!
