Hey @Puja M 1.Your thoughts on Hybrid work model? With time new process needs to be executed and changes are required to evolve. In my opinion Hybrid model works best when the team has ownership culture ,because as a manager you are confident that things would be done on TAT. If the leaders show the confidence in their employees/and trust them that whatever they will do is good for company , employees feel more empowered and they give their 10X, thats where the special bond get created between employee and employer. 2. First thing I do before building any new policy or process is to discuss with few team members from tech/product/marketing/ operations and support about what is that they are looking forward from such policy/process and how they will get benefit out of it. once it is build/created I take feedback on its use cases and try improvising time to time. (A Policy is of no use if they are not solving peoples problem)
