What practices have you followed to improve the employee engagement rate and how do you measure it?

To improve the EE - 1.We have initiated with Friday Games- (Cricket/Football, Badminton/ In office fun games) To create buzz about upcoming games I design creatives on slack with- Vote the Game and maximum voted one are played on Friday. 2.We also do FGT( Flint Got Talent) where we do a learning session hosted by different employees on every Friday for 30 min on Crypto/Blockchain and web3. 3.we also do Mentorship program where we connect our employees with the industry leaders and ask them to share their learning with our team and also how to solve a particular problem. To measure the success rate I take feedback from team during my Hr 1 on 1 and understand what is that my people are looking forward to learn and how its helping company and individual towards growth. we don't go with survey/feedback forms as most of the employees feel comfortable sharing feedback face to face .
