Hi Everyone, Please help me understand if we need to pay Annual Bonus in case an employee has not completed 1 year period before his resignation date?

The employee needs to be in the company at the time of the annual bonus payout. So for example your bonus payout month is March each year. The employee has to be present in the company. He is eligible on a prorated basis then. Hope it helps
