Hello Team, I am looking to intiate Gratuity for my Employees. My Company is a LLP Firm, also it have more then 10 employees. I want to check if 10 employees are mandatory or 10 employee a frim should have who have completed 5 years with the firm is mandatory.

Harpreet, as per Gratuity Act any company who has 10 employees on their payroll is eligible for registering for Gratuity. Hope this helps.

There need to be 10 employees, irrespective of their tenure.
