Hi All I am looking for some suggestions on rewarding our employees when they recommend or share a lead and when those leads are converted to paid customers. Does anyone of you, have any document on the benefits that can be provided or what do you do to reward and encourage people to continue to tap their network to get clients/ business and keep sharing with the company for client acquisition I want to make 2 level of benefits 1. the referrer gets benefits if the prospect is converted 2. there is a possibility that there would be a separate team working on the referrers prospect conversion Thanks in Advance!

Hey Leonette and Wristy, We do offer incentives within the Sales team when leads are converted to customers.

Thanks @Megha for your reply. Anything that you can share and also any non monetary programs to incentivize? Do you have anything for regular employees who are not in sales and are able to provide leads for SaaS Product

As of now itโ€™s monetary and regular employees donโ€™t receive any rewards for providing leads.

I see, thanks! I'm looking a reward plan for employees and specific folks that will encourage them to give leads through their network.

We do have a process to give out a percentage of the deal or a fixed amount for employees (non sales) to refer contacts for our SaaS tools - let me see if we have a policy for this or was it a slack announcement. @Rohan Mankad @Megha

It was a slack announcement we did - basically if the lead is qualified we would give INR 1,000 (this was to start with) to the person who referred.
