Hey. What do you plan to cover under insurance? I have been managing GMC for last 13 years. I will be glad to help.

Few things to keep in mind. Insurance premium amount vary on the number of employees in an organization. If you are looking for Family floater ICICI is the best but they are costly. We had different Sum assured for different level of employees. Care is also good with less premium as compared to ICICI and their claim settlement is good. Have used both as GMC. Hope it helps.

ICICI might be pricy but if you go with ICICI you need not go with any insurance broker, ICICI has its own app will all the self-service portal telehealth, doctor online checkups, coupons, and offers, eg, points if we walk x KM and they can redeem them. You can also go with insurance brokers as they provide you better options and support for employees in case a claim is not done on time and with other benefits which the insurer may not provide. For making GMC easier, I request you to download the recent report from NOVA benefits and Pazcare, they provide sum details. Also, both Adobe and Microsoft have made their GMC transparent and accessible to the public, you can read their policy and sum amount insured on the website India portals
