At Springworks , these are some of the tax friendly allowances 1. Professional Development 2. Travel Reimbursement (LTA) 3. Telephone Allowance 4. Periodic Journal 5. Internet Allowance 6. Food Coupons ( Sodexo )

Adding to above, 1. Books and Periodical Allowance 2. Child Education Allowance 3. Uniform Allowance (for junior roles) 4. Entertainment Allowance 5. Driver Allowance (for senior roles)

You can also add NPS to the above list, one of the very good tax-exemptible component

For few roles, driver allowance is still an option for remote companies, such as consulting, communication, marketing, etc.

Adding to above, Fuel and Vehicle maintenance.

Wellness allowance such as, gym membership, or anything which enhances the health
