Hello All, Can anyone help me in Payment of Bonus Rules for office in Haryana location. Who all are eligible for bonus, How much should be the salary range for falling in Bonus criteria, How bonus will be calculated, etc are the answers I am looking for.

Statutory Bonus Eligible: Monthly Wages Upto 21000/- Minimum bonus : 8.33%, max 20% Period : Accounting year (within 08 months) Formula : Salary *8.33/100

if company is in loss then it depends on company whether to pay or not
