05/26/2023, 5:45 AMHey Abhash, don't have a policy @gul we control this with employee agreement - we have removed the clause of non compete - you can work in a part time capacity (as dual employment in India is not allowed) however the basic expectations are -
ā¢ It is not a company engaging in a similar business or competition - as chances of confidentiality
ā¢ Free to do things outside of working hours as long as the quality is not compromised with us.
