Good Afternoon Everyone! Need your suggestion on leave policy. When we give EL/CL, whether we should credit to employee ac by end of quarter or biggening of quarter? If the leaves are credited by quarterly basis.

@sanjukta baidya - CLs & SLs can be credited in the beginning of the quarter. However it makes logical sense to credit PL at the end of the quarter or month, since it is based on the days worked. In case you add PL in the beginning of the month or quarter - your software / calculations will have to ensure that any LOP / Absenteeism / Abandonment of Employment is adjusted for while calculating the final leave balance.
