Hi Everyone! Wondering what is the right platform to look for engineering talents from the US who are looking to move back to India? Has anyone worked on a similar approach earlier?

Considering the major layoffs happening in the US, techies have to find a job with 60 days to extend their H1B visa. There could be a marginal number of immigrants who might look to come back. Just my theory. I'm working on a few niche requirements around ML Platform engineering opportunities. The US market is more suitable for such roles, I'm putting a lot of effort to close it in India or else I have to move this role to the US. @Kartik Mandaville

The best way is to use freelance and remote job openings. Or reach out to outplacement services in USA and India. They might have candidates who are looking for relocation. Also, if they are looking for relocation then they will be applying for Indian jobs on job portals. Furthermore, looking for diversity and inclusion is important but only hire if they are skilled and have proper documentation to prove and promote the roles for all categories, if not it leads to bad employee engagement. India legislation is also coming with equal opportunity amendments, so see that you are prepared to be an equal employment opportunity provider
