Hello everyone, I've recently joined a CGI studio as an HR and the management wants me to conduct a one on one meeting with all employees - the headcount is about 30 odd no. They want me to document their expectations, grudges, concerns, learning curve etc. Can anyone help me with a format which will help me initiate and document the discussions. I'm looking to have a structured approach to it. Thanks in advance
