Good morning! 
Quick question - Tell me about your most interesting unconventional hiring story.

(Not following the normal referral resume screening test etc) 

Called a trusted friend up. Told him I really need help. He came down in 20 minutes. I explained what needed to be done in 15 min. He gave me thumbs-up. Paid him a joining bonus. This happened last Friday, he starts work on Wednesday :smile: I am blessed.

I hope I'm in the right channel.
I was wondering what y'all are planning for this Christmas. Looking for some ideas to have a good team engaging activities apart from Secret Santa. I want it to be meaningful and was planning to have a gratitude session kind of a thing but not sure. Any ideas, platforms, activities, suggestions?

Hey Srikavi, Sorry - saw this only now. At Spardha, we're doing many music-based team engagement activities around Thanksgiving, Christmas and New year. What we typically do is have a live musician who plays songs, sparks meaningful conversations, and also conducts online musical games and quizzes.
