Oh, you're missing the checkout step I think

You can drop ` hashicorp/setup-terraform@v3`; use toolchain instead

I am using `uses: actions/checkout@v4`, but I'm guessing I need specific configs passed?

Make sure you check out the SHA that you're trying to compare

For example, here's a workflow that I have

atmos-pro.yaml

A few things to note here, you don't need to specify any `ATMOS_PRO_` env

The `--upload` is only if using Atmos Pro
