atmos vendor pull
works fine locally, but yields the following error in CI:
+ atmos vendor pull
# Error

**Error:** the '--everything' flag is set, but vendor config file does not exist

Can you enable debug logging?
That will share where it's looking for it.
Are you using a lot of environment variables to configure where things should be found?
It could be related to this: the behavior was not previously defined, and we formalized it.
It could require minor tweaks to your configuration.
See changes to PRD
I don't know if this is the cause of it, but this is the first thing that came to mind.

It's entirely possible. We're currently using Jenkins and it does a lot in the background that it sweeps under the rug
I got the bug ticket this morning and will no doubt need to get my hands dirty to figure it out. Once I get preliminary debug logs, I'll let you know. Sound good?

If you can open a GitHub issue with as many technical details, we can also assign it to copilot.
