Is there any command like “run all (components) in a stack, in correct dependency order?”

So we do support `atmos terraform ... --all`

There's a bug, so it's not currently in dependency order.

The `atmos terraform ... --affected` command _is_ in dependency order.

We have a PRD open for a robust `--all` implementation with parallelization
