in the layout's edit screen:

@rapid-state-99797 I think because it is a “Create” layout it acts differently. It doesn’t let me navigate backwards to that screen that has the delete layout option. See screenshot below

You can restrict access to them with permissions. Eg read only on that table and those set of users will never see the create view
