Hi @straight-hairdresser-36473 Thanks for the question. simple smile 1. For now it is synced along with the data. We are actively exploring ways to make the sync faster, including the user sync. It can take up to 15 minutes for the user to show up, depending on when the last sync happened. 2. While there is no API call you can make right now, you can manually trigger a data sync by going to App Settings > Data sources and clicking the refresh data button 3. We don’t have any open API endpoints yet, but we have plans on making them available some time in the future.
