Hi, it takes at minimum 5 minutes to create new user on Stacker. There is no direct automation to send welcome messages to new users

Hello Alan! The way my team has gone about this issue is too to create an Airtable automation that triggers once a user is created on our user table (either via stacker or AT) we send them a “our” version of a welcome email that directs our new user the registration link which would be your workspace URL /register. In the email we also indicate the email address that will be used as their User Name which is inline with the email stacker identifies. Hope that helps make your process less tedious!

@clever-alarm-31666 I advise not sending the email through AT, but through Zapier instead, so you can use a delay (we use a 17mn delay) to avoid having your user receive the email, attempt to log in, and fail because Stacker hasn’t updated their cache.
That’s what we do and it works seemlessly. But the delay is not always acceptable from a customer point of view. 😕
