Hi @quiet-megabyte-35727, It depends on whether you have an older version of Stacker (Customer Access or updated Stacker Classic), or the most recent one. User login emails are not case sensitive in the most recent one, but they are in Customer Access and updated Stacker Classic apps. If you’d like to check which one you have, you can get in touch with support through the in-app support widget, and we’ll be happy to let you know. I’m not sure what you mean when it comes to the table being used for users—could you clarify that one?

thanks – i mean when we use a table in airtable to add users to stacker, does the email they use to login have to match (case-wise) the email login field in the table?
