My approach have been always ignoring their budget and bidding recommendations. But we can leverage them to get some good strategies for the campaigns. For example: if we have a defined TG, Linkedin reps can suggest to what creatives, message points they have responded in General. The LinkedIn SoV report can be requested from them and it provides a lot of insights.
