Hi Shrey, I have been running webinars for SaaS startups. I recommend running webinars like an episodic content series (one webinar monthly, make it so good that attendees want to continue attending through the episodic run in the following months). Sharing my personal show up rate from LinkedIn audience. It might be different for others... I recently did a webinar for a SaaS. ~1350 registered. About 250+ showed up LIVE although it was between working hours on a week day and hundreds asked for replay. By the end of the webinar, we still had 200+ LIVE. I usually see 10-25% join live if its free event (reminders sent via email, WhatsApp reminders increase show up rate drastically). I think it's good to have replay if audience is from different time zones and if the webinar is between office hours. Considering the registrations were not driven by ads, its good ROI. They made more in sales than what they paid me to host. And I personally got two clients from the webinar. I guess people may not believe in text content as it can be AI generated, but webinars are LIVE so its easier to sell. 🙂 Happy to answer any questions.
