from the top of my head, you're confusing between status and status reasons. Lead status = open, active, lost Lead lost reasons = demo no show, integration not available etc. i know this doesnt cover most of your cases but I just shared an example to illustrate the point i was making. maybe think along these lines?

Yeah. I started off with trying to keep this to 2 fields but I guess that will complicate things more. Having 3 fields-> Lifecycle Stage, Status and Status Reason would be easy.

yeah stage will remain ofcourse, i meant for the rest of the chaos, it can be managed within 2 fields

Agree with what Aniruddh mentioned above. I recommend talking to a CSM at Hubspot. They usually recommend the best practices around it.
