Usually happens when the card is declined, even after adding funds it takes time for account to go live. The work around is to remove and add card again after adding funds to the card.

but it's a credit card, kept adding the same card and the 2 rupees keeps getting deducted thus transaction is happening

Hey @Leesha Agarwal, we have been facing the same issue as well. It is because the payment goes to Ln (Singapore) and because of new RBI regulations it needs to be approved daily from the payment gateway website. There are two possible solution: 1. Approve it daily from the gateway, Karbon customer care would be able to help. 2. Explore other payment options, like Quolum etc. @Sanjay Krishna might be able to help here.

1. Don't mind it approving regularly but reflections takes like 24-48 hours everytime so ads get stuck 2. Hey @Sanjay Krishna any other payment options that you know that will work smoothly?

It is smooth on LinkedIn as well if you provide them with all the required documents. It is much simpler on LinkedIn I think coz Google Ads takes a lot of time to verify things with their internal teams @Leesha Agarwal
