you looking for the organic search query or paid? Organic query am quite confident you cant map to a lead, if it is paid, there will be a way depending on the systems in place
j
Organic is most critical @Tej, paid would be beneficial too.
t
organic search queries are visible in the google search console but i have not seen a proven way to map them to leads. Google protects that data, to keep the paid product worth it 🙂

ohh makes sense.

getting UTM query from paid traffic, and identifying the exact query is straightforward. i am not an expert on the setup in hubspot for this. but am sure hubsport support (if not someone here) will direct you to the resource
j
awesome, will find a way….thank a lot 🙌

There's a tool keyword hero that can help, works on user agent string to develop a mapping.
@Tej is spot on with the search console thing though.

@Shubham the KW hero tool has fascinated me once before 🙂 but due to lack of tech support/budget, I never got to use it. perhaps the only tool which claims to solve the unknown keyword problem. Would love to see live implementation of it on some dashboard. if you know someone, would be great

Sure @Tej, we dropped it last time around for costing reasons, but definitely let you know incase we end up trying it anytime in the future.

Not a straight forward solution, but In Search console, search page report, for the specific day. When you filter by the specific page, you will have related queries listed. Check the queries and see which query has clicks. Based on that you can decide. If you have many clicks then you can decide those are the queries that worked for you.

What @Anand - dataflo.io mentioned this the closest thing I have got in searching the organic keywords range resulting to a lead. For paid it's pretty much straight forward. Can directly view it in google ads or connect it to google analytics. ( you need to add the tracker on the website, assuming that page has the lead form). You can also add google ad Integration on your hubspot to see the same data there.

At one point in time, Bizible used to claim that they could provide this data not sure if that still holds https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-blogs/reporting-on-bizible-touchpoints-leads-with-bizible-touchpoints/ba-p/244400 Have never tried it personally
