How do you track traffic from organic Reddit engagement (comments/replies) without UTM parameters? I'm trying to figure out the best way to measure traffic attribution from organic Reddit activity. By organic, I mean genuinely helpful comments and replies where we naturally mention our product when it's relevant and adds value to the discussion. We already have GA4 set up and track our paid Reddit ads with UTM parameters just fine. But for organic engagement, we obviously can't use UTM links in comments without looking spammy or breaking subreddit rules. What we're currently doing: • Commenting helpfully on relevant threads • Mentioning our product naturally when it genuinely solves OP's problem • Following all subreddit rules and reddiquette Questions: • How are others handling attribution for organic social media efforts like this? • Are there GA4 configurations or other analytics approaches that work well? • Any creative solutions for connecting the dots between specific Reddit comments and website visits? Hey y’all! A few weeks ago, I came across an open-source repo — Blader’s Humanizer (14k+ stars). Around the same time, one of my clients was being quite strict about AI detection scores (GPTZero, specifically). Out of curiosity, I ran one of my blog posts through the humanizer. My score dropped from ~30% to 9%. I was honestly surprised. It felt like months of frustration just… melted away for a moment. But then I read the output. And it didn’t quite sound like me. That stuck with me. So I decided to properly stress-test it. I took 10 AI-generated blog posts and evaluated the humanizer across 9 editorial axes, scoring everything myself. Took me a little over a week. I ended up writing a detailed breakdown on Substack. Would really appreciate your support and especially any constructive feedback 🙏
