Astra is probably the easiest to pick up. You can check Hello theme from elementor as well. If on a budget, you can also use the default theme on WordPress and build out your layout with gutenberg blocks.

Ghost CMS would be best option for such cases 1. Personal page 2. Blog 3. Newsletter already integrated(Would need to connect to a mail service) or substack would also work as separate newsletter 4. Paid memebership integrated 5. Simple and sleek editor to write Self hosted version is also available. On top of it, its fast and comes with no hassle of issues which wordpress brings 😬 As Dishant suggester, webflow is also a good alternative.
